Hey Crossfitters! One of the most important meals of the day is breakfast…so why not have breakfast for every meal? Crossfit calls for a lot of protein most of the time more than you can eat. Breakfast is great for protein. Eggs, bacon, sausage, a little fruit…can’t go wrong. I don’t care what anyone says eggs are God’s gift to crossfit!
